  1. Check-in is at 14h and check-out at 12 h.
  2. Early check-in and/or late check-out without cost (late check-out allowed up to the 16h) are only available for more than 2 nights and are subject upon availability.
  3. Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms, bathrooms and other dependencies of the Inn in accordance with Federal Law # 9,294 /96, Rule # 8.262/14 and State Law # 9.552/11, under penalty of being charged of sanitizing rate of R$ 120.00
  4. No pets are allowed in the Inn.
  5. Any object damaged will be charged. Please contact front desk to check the values.
  6. If there are stains on the clothes of bed, bath and excessive dirt in the bathrooms, it will be charged a cleaning fee of R$ 120.00 .
  7. Do not put clothes on the heating.
  8. The cleanliness of the bathrooms is only done until 2.30 pm. It is necessary to leave the key at the front desk. As the contingency plan to Covid-19, we are cleaning the room for reservations that staying 04 nights or more. Less then that we provide daily changes of bathing clothes and garbage.
  9. The breakfast is served from 8 am to 10 am. According to the contingency plan at Covid-19, we are scheduling breakfast every 30 minutes from 8 am to 10 am and serving à la carte.
  10. The electrical voltage is 220V. Check compatibility of Brazilian standard plugs with other international standards.

  14. Items left in the Posada will be saved by 03 months. We will not send them by courier to be paid at the collection. In order to be sent, it should be paid the price in advance.
  15. Children up to 03 years could stay in a cot or in the same bed with parents without extra cost. It is allowed only 01 not paying child a room. If an extra bed is requested or a child is older than 03 years, it will be charged the price of a bed per day.
  16. Cots and extra beds must be requested in advance with the Front Desk and confirmed by the Inn. The Inn is not responsible for not previously done requests.
  17. In accordance with the provisions of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (Law 8,060 /90 article. 82 E 250, Brazil), it is prohibited the hosting of child or adolescent in hotel, motel, pension or establishment counterpart, except if authorized or accompanied by their parents or legal representative duly identified with the written authorization and authenticated by public notary. Children or minors under the age of 18 must show the document of identity (RG) and birth certificate at check-in and must be accompanied by the parents, legal responsibility or have the approval of the court of the minor if they were in the company of a third party. The Blue Garden Inn is not responsible for minors who have been left alone and/or abandoned by parents or legal responsibility in the areas of the hotel.
  18. The Blue Garden Inn respects the law on tourism: we do not accept sexual tourism nor sexual exploitation of children and adolescents. The offender shall be subjected to the penalties of the law.
  1. Booking 02 or more nights, it is required to pay 50% of the total value of the booking in advance. Booking 01 night, the advance payment represents the total value of the accommodation.
  2. Payment options: cash and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express).
  3. Reference rates and currency of payment: The reference rate is in the Brazilian real (BRL) published in the official web site www.pousadajardimazul.com.br; the currency of payment depends on the ways of payment used in the country of origin and the exchange rate applied by the banks of the cards.
  4. The published rate of the accommodation in Standard Apartment, Deluxe Apartment and Super Deluxe Suite is for two people. In the Standard Family Suites or Deluxe one, rate is for 03 people.
  5. Colonial style breakfast is included in the accommodation.
  6. We do not charge any service fee.
  7. The published values are subject to alteration without prior notice, except for reservations already confirmed.

  9. Rates and reservations for any other web site outside the official one (www.pousadajardimazul.com) or made by any means of communication or persons not employed by the Blue Garden Inn may be outdated and will not be considered for accepting the reservation.
  10. The non-use of any service or product that integrates the accommodation or a package is a personal choice of the customer and does not give him/her the right to reparations and/or credits.

11. Cancellation Policy:

11.1. Non-refundable rates and promotional rates do not allow cancellation or change of dates.

11.2. The conditions for cancelling the bookings may change depending on the type of the rate chosen by the guest.

11.3. In the case of cancellation, regardless of the reason, the value paid for the confirmation of the reservation only will be refunded if the date of application for the cancellation was at least 15 days before the scheduled date of check-in of the booking in low season and 20 days prior to the other seasons. In this case, the guest also will have the option to keep the credit in money to be used on another date.

11.4. If the customer chooses the return of the money, will be discounted transaction costs (taxes, fees and other).

11.5. If the cancellation request was carried out in a period shorter than the deadlines stipulated above, customer shall not be entitled to a refund of the deposit or credit of the same for future lodges.

11.6. In the event that the client was already stayed at the Posada and opted to leave before the date reserved, regardless of the reason, the Inn has the right to charge all nights hired.

11.7. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, via email, to the address contato@pousadajardimazul.com.br
